Closing Reception Details
The Closing Reception takes place on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.. Location: Chapel Lawn/Beach Courtyard (Grand Wailea). Attire: Casual.
One ticket is included in the registration fee; additional tickets are $85 each.
Age Policy for the Closing Reception
In accordance with Hawaii liquor laws and venue requirements, alcoholic beverages will be served at the Closing Reception. Attendance is therefore limited to guests who are 21 years of age or older. Children and guests under 21 will not be permitted to attend.
Exhibits & Scheduling Notes
For registration desk and exhibit hall hours, attendees and exhibitors are directed to the continually updated meeting schedule leading up to the event.
